Roulette Betting Systems
D’Alembert System is often called a pyramid system. It’s based on the mathematical equilibrium theory worked by D’Alembert. This system is a nice choice for those players who don’t want to lose their money. It allows lessening the losses, but the winnings are also not huge. This roulette strategy is also called upwards and downwards strategy, as it’s based on simple logics: you have to extract 1 unit from your bet if you win and to add one unit to your bet if you lose. It guarantees safe playing and small losses.
Martingale betting strategy and its numerous variations are also widespread among roulette players. This betting system is popular since the 18th century and was originally invented in France. Due to Martingale betting strategy you have to double your stake every time you lose. The outcome of the strategy is: with your final win you cover all the previous losses and win the initial bet. This roulette betting system allows you to cover your losses.

Roulette is one of the most popular and the oldest casino games. Its main varieties are: American roulette and European Roulette. All Roulette betting systems are based on 2 criteria: the mechanical one and the logical (as I call it) one. The mechanical one presupposes that the spinning of the wheel and the ball are determined by the construction of the Roulette wheel and one who may try to predict on which numbers the ball is likely to fall in this or that round.
At the beginning of the 20th century Gonzalo Garcia-Pelayo decided to prove that his theory concerning the movements of the roulette wheel isn’t absurd. He wrote down thousands of roulette playing results and analyzed them with the help of the computer. The casino he chose for his experiment was the Casino de Madrid. Using the results of this analysis, he managed to win more than a 1,000,000 euro in total (and 600,000 from the sum in one day!). The owners of the casino went to the court, but the legal actions against the gambler weren’t successful, as the court stated that the roulette wheel of the casino was not working properly and it was not the fault of the gambler.
One more popular Roulette strategy is Labouchere System. When one uses it, they have to have to make some calculations of the numbers in the line to determine the most appropriate sum of the bet. You have to add the numbers at the beginning or the end of the line to find out the size of the next bet. If you win, you cross out the numbers you’ve used and continue playing on a smaller line. If you lose, you have to add your bet at the end of the line and continue on it. You win when over a third of your bets return with a gain. It sounds a bit complicated, but if you want to learn more, fell free to send me an e-mail or a letter through the contact form and I’ll describe the system in detail. The reason because I don’t want to describe it all thoroughly here is that this roulette strategy us rather negative than a winning one, and you have to analyze the flow of the game every second to win.
